To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次去怡紅院係試佢地晚市，當時都已經覺得佢地啲火鍋料同湯底都好味，而且環境又靚，餐牌、餐具嗰啲又好得意，cocktail 又好特別，只係有啲貴啫 （我覺得⋯⋯）但係午市又幾抵食，$130 一人一鍋，可以揀一份肉，四款配料（每款兩件），一款麵食，仲有一杯嘢飲，如果你冇揀到要加錢嘅配料，真係可以$130落樓！上個月去過兩次，試過佢哋個沙嗲湯底同埋麻辣湯底。沙嗲湯底好香濃但唔鹹，襯出前一丁一流！ 麻辣湯底唔算辣，但係好香，襯薯粉好出色 ！火鍋配料試過佢哋嘅醬爆咖喱炸蛋，外面係炸魚蛋裏面包心係咖喱，有驚喜！韭菜餃都好食，但係可能好快賣晒，有次因為叫唔到韭菜餃，就加錢叫咗個鳳城水餃，入面有好大粒蝦，好食呀！ 厚切午餐肉一啲都唔Hea，真係厚切，抵叫！呢排天氣凍凍地，會再返兜～～
