To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大家都知普通打工仔都係只有一小時食 lunch,我與同事們用10分鐘時間行去星月樓食lunch,落單時間14:20,只點了(煎蘿蔔糕,燒賣,蛋白炒飯,炸春卷,胡椒豬肚湯),到14:45尚欠春卷和炒飯,催左第一次,回覆……就得好快,14:50左右再催,答案都一樣,大家開始燥燥地,14:53再催並表明如果冇幫我們取消單並且埋單走,他們就好快比左炸春卷,但我們真是夠鐘要返工,叫部長取消炒飯要埋單,部長姐姐好快上左碟炒飯(15:04)並不停說炒得好靚!唉…大家為有9秒9倒落肚,食不知其味還要趕回公司,最終都遲到,所以我唔會再去食 lunch
