今日去厚福街食串燒 啱曬同朋友慢慢食飲下酒 呢度裝修真係好似日本嘅居酒 而且Openrice午市主餐牌七折 酒精飲品買一送一 所以真係好抵蘆筍豬肉捲 燒香左既豬肉片包裹爽脆嘅蘆筍 雞骨豬肉腸 食落似台灣腸 非常脆皮有肉汁煙燻豬腩肉 煙燻味道唔算出 但豬腩肉食落去啖啖肉又有油脂 甜甜地 再點埋配埋嘅芥末醬 用嚟送酒都唔錯豬聲帶 口感有啲似牛肚 都幾爽脆魷魚鬚 口感爽彈 配埋燒汁甜甜地芝士翠玉瓜 燒翠玉瓜永遠都冇得輸 非常Juicy 面頭仲有啲拉芝嘅芝士燒新鮮菠蘿 菠蘿外皮灑上糖 燒香咗就變咗有層脆脆嘅焦糖 外皮脆內裏香甜又爆汁
