To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐無食過譚仔啦，今日同朋友經過見到好想食，因為午飯時段，所以好多人排隊；終於輪到我地，我地叫咗豬潤米線同腩肉米線，跟著加麻辣豬耳同青椒皮蛋，唔知係咪近工廠區，所以特別多人，個米線比平時的淋，唔同平時食開果種感覺，比較失望；飲開凍檸蜜，今次亦比較淡，感覺同平時食開有唔同感覺😔員工們比較心急，但都快手，原本落單時叫咗杯水，睇住佢行過都唔比我地，不過我地都明白，午市係特別多人，尢其是工廠區，下次都係過午市才去！
