To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日又午市套餐平啲整體不過不失 帶子好味！帶子刺身會有四件，係兩粒完整分開午市沙律 要走沙律醬就要另外同佢講，會係柚子醋烏冬，忌煙韌有口感軟殼蟹新鮮炸起熱辣辣，都幾厚肉更餐價錢要三文魚刺身都幾大件甜蝦刺身有三件三文魚湯今日有大嚿魚唔錯，之前第一城北行就冇啦諗咗一陣食呢度定壽司郎，諗住呢度坐得舒服啲可以慢慢食，同埋款式多啲，想食多少少熱食仲嗌咗支豆同埋八爪魚都好好味蒸蛋嘅話一定係壽司郎好味啲如果可以兩間餸，混合就好🤣
