To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今次在平日中午12:45到達,雖然人不是很多,但也要等到1:20才有枱。對於未吃早餐的我,真的等到腳都軟。12:00才開鋪,我們來到,第一輪客仍未吃完。而且我們到達後,有一些持金咭的人已預先訂枱,可以優先入座,所以,等枱號碼叫得很慢。我只有普通會員咭,等級不同,服務也不同。如果可以好像元X壽司,可以下載App,遙距訂枱,就會更方便顧客了。牛肋肉、腹胸肉、牛仔骨、牛脊肉,通通都是我至愛喜歡這裡吃烤肉,油煙不大,冷氣充足,坐在風口位,真的有點冷。另外,最愛這裡的牛角飯,可以任叫任食,今次吃了2碗,紫菜鋪在白飯上,再灑上少許蔥花,吃之前加些日式豉油,超正如果有任食放題,就更能滿足我地一班食肉獸。

牛肋肉、腹胸肉、牛仔骨、牛脊肉,通通都是我至愛


喜歡這裡吃烤肉,油煙不大,冷氣充足,坐在風口位,真的有點冷。

另外,最愛這裡的牛角飯,可以任叫任食,今次吃了2碗,紫菜鋪在白飯上,再灑上少許蔥花,吃之前加些日式豉油,超正


如果有任食放題,就更能滿足我地一班食肉獸。
