平時食omakase 價值不菲,午市時間食就會抵好多,平啲嘅價錢有同樣嘅享受,今次就嚟咗紅磡嘅鮨文。成日聽啲人話壽星店午時用嘅材料無咁新鮮,係前一日用剩嘅。但鮨文午市用的材料一點不馬虎,師傅仲會好有耐性咁介紹,點樣睇食材貝類新唔新鮮。最最最鍾意鮨文的三文魚子,比其他地方食到的更甜,有淡淡酒香味。海膽甜好每吞住左啖糖咁。其他魚類都好鮮好肥,最尾手卷肥美到魚油不停流出來。前菜同甜品都唔錯,呢個價以omakase來說性價比十分高。
