To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早在上次吃不飽的下午茶鍋貼餐之前, 我也曾到過這裡吃過午餐, 感覺還是不錯的。酸辣湯, 有豆腐絲, 筍絲, 木耳絲, 感覺都挺爽口的。湯身有點稀, 調味中的酸度差一點, 但辣味可以, 再加少少胡椒粉, 感覺會好一點。接下來是一個排骨菜飯, 上海排骨經輕輕炸過, 拉油比較輕, 但外面仍有點點脆口效果。然而排骨肉質鬆化, 但依然有質感嚼勁, 加上一個較甜一點的醬油汁, 感覺不錯。菜飯還只是可以, 以菜與飯同蒸的做法, 菜的質感較軟, 飯亦沒有油香, 不過加上醬汁的感覺還可以。整體來說, 這個午餐還是不過不失吧~! 可是在這個葵涌的工廠區入面, 都不能要求太多吧! 只是覺得收費價錢有點貴, 而餐桌放得太密而出入有點困難吧!
