Restaurant: Palace Wedding Banquet

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午市不用等位,包點不新鮮,奶皇包皮厚包餡無味,連菜心都老到皺皮,燒賣成舊麵粉咁,叉燒包包餡好難食,伏!鳳爪蒸到好林,皮肉分離,感覺是放了很久的食材,一句講晒唔新鮮。鮮蝦蒸腸粉加左豉油都係冇乜味道。燒賣層皮蒸到林晒,成舊麵粉咁,點解可以咁難食....平均每人$136,位$15位,以這個價錢的食材不應該是這樣,貴夾難食,不會再幫襯!平時食剩的茶點都會打包,但係今日剩下的點心難食到不想拿走。希望各位食家留意小心免得中伏!
