To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食過Hyatt Chinese Restaurant 好多次,但今年午市點心放題水準下降以往餐牌有較多高級食材選擇,但現在為了節省成本,選擇少了很多前菜大多以平價食材為主,炸鷄軟骨,豆腐等等。叉燒水準差不多,但上菜也比以往慢,人手明顯不足服務也比以往差酒店飲茶每位約四百有更好選擇,例如W Hotel 星宴,下午茶放題每位三百幾有帶子灌湯餃,鮑魚仔燒賣,只不過要等到三點半先可以開餐。酒店可能因為來貨貴cut cost, 但好明顯一星期前我去過的星宴就完全保持高質。TST Hyatt要檢討下。
