To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咁岩要去Element 攞野，順便食埋個lunch, 响無準備既情況下求其swarch 咗間日式餐廳lunch, 12:30pm 左右到門口，話要等一陣， 入座時原來真係好full 了😮我㨂咗個乜都有d 定食， 由於有日文唔識打，唯有打英文名😂Obihino Hageten Set 💰$228 包括有精選刺身，天婦羅，十勝豚，蒸蛋刺身包括帆立貝，吞拿魚，油甘魚，三文魚各1件， 不過不失，正常水準🆗天婦羅有蝦， 南瓜，茄子，秋葵各一件， 南瓜甜甜地好食， 茄子驚好油唔敢食😝，蝦係正常size,唔算特別，整體都係🆗十勝豚肉有3塊，用醬汁燒幾好食，同埋唔肥，配白飯👍🏻👍🏻蒸蛋😚又係我最鐘意既蛋，滑嘟嘟好食，裡面材料都豐富，不過食完唔記得有乜😅經過真係可以試下，佢仲有一d 特價lunch set, 下次經過都會再去👍🏻👍🏻
