To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今日去了粉嶺,又到了中午食飯時間,到附近的碧湖花園商場稻香酒樓吃,因為新正頭所以都有相當多的食客。今天只得一個人吃點了一個海皇燒汁烏冬,再加一個芙蓉棉花肚點心。可能仍是正月的關係等了很久烏冬才來到,看賣相雖不算吸引但仍可以,上面有帶子兩隻、蝦球兩隻、少量魷魚塊和很多腍口的蟹柳,伴以芽菜同炒。吃了一口覺得很乾且調味一般沒有什麼味道;烏冬不夠熱再加上煮得太過腍身,欠缺烏冬應有煙韌的口感。芙蓉棉花肚的賣相看上去就不討好,幾塊魚肚伴兩塊切片的冬菇,下面用多塊的豆卜墊底,吃落口同樣沒有什麼味道,是一個很寡味的點心。因此再另外叫了一個雪菜肉絲牛肉腸,牛腸是今餐比較像樣的食品,牛肉混和雪菜算有些味道,粉皮還算嫩滑又不太厚,是今餐較像樣的點心。今個午餐算是近來外面吃飯較差的一次經歷,希望下次來時各方面會有所改善。
