To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

WFH整整有三個幾月喇，反而想外出嘆個Lunch都唔係咁容易！以前一到午飯時間，呢間店就排長龍，街坊嘅價格，內裏連裝修都古色古香，一絲不苟🥰飲品有三款可以選擇，豆漿、酸梅湯和茅根甘蔗水，全部都係自家製，我哋揀咗豆漿同埋甘蔗水，真材實料而且冇咁甜。午市套餐香菇烤麩 、菜飯～內裏嘅配料竹筍、木耳、鮮冬菇、紅蘿蔔，烤夫充分吸收醬油和糖味，入口甜甜地唔會太油膩，又幾清新！我哋想豐富啲，另外點咗個豐盛一人套餐～包一碗酸辣湯、小食陳年花雕醉雞、兩粒小籠包、砂鍋雲吞雞和菜飯。特別讚賞個酸辣湯，識落有甘筍絲、雞絲和木耳絲，鹹度、酸度跟辣味調配得好好，酸辣醒胃。個人覺得雲吞個皮厚咗少少，勝在雞湯濃郁，入口甘甜，睇得出係心機之作👍🏻
