To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天我和同事在土瓜灣附近工作,又到午飯時間,去到新港碼頭街翔龍灣廣場的海港酒家吃。今日只吃得簡單點叫了芥末蝦角、章魚雞粒飯、牛腸三個點心和一碟炒麵。芥末蝦角最先到了,外表炸得金黃色的四隻蝦角,裡面滿是大大隻蝦肉混和了日式芥末,入口咬落肉質爽滑彈牙,配上沙律醬同吃,非常合拍又惹味。章魚雞粒飯細細盎飯量不多,雞粒肉都很結實;不過章魚粒就少些,飯底夠咬口就蒸得不錯。牛肉腸粉的粉皮煙韌卻過厚,牛肉餡料很多,但同樣亦加了很多粉混和,沒有什麼牛肉味道比較失色。銀芽肉絲麵盞外形有些心思, 六個炸得筒形的麵咬落爽脆非常,外型討好且好吃。韭皇銀芽肉絲芡汁另外用兜裝開,吃時淋上麵盞上面同吃更加滋味。總括今餐水準都不錯,而且價錢亦十分經濟,下次都會再來光顧。
