To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

(2023-05-11) 海港旺角我和同事在旺角工作，途徑始創中心就到四樓的海港酒家午飯。今天點了他們的168元午市自選套餐。💢沙薑豬手粒作為小食來說份量不少，沙薑味道溶入豬手粒内，皮爽肉嫩滋味一流。😋💢乾炒安格斯牛河炒得夠乾身但不油膩，河粉夠鑊氣火喉控制很好，牛肉雖經炒後亦不覺得變老，肉質好亦沒有渣。👍💢 蟹籽燒賣和香茜叉燒腸兩個點心，燒賣個頭都不小蝦隻新鮮彈牙。叉燒腸粉皮不厚亦很滑，而且用蛋皮包著外觀賣相討好。😊🔷️今個午市自選套餐十分經濟抵食，下次都會再來一試。
