🍽今天入了沙田探朋友兼且去了龍華食乳鴿,來到入口處那條掛滿紅色燈籠🏮的長走廊即映入眼簾,而且記憶中的孔雀仍然在飼養。食肆內裡環境給人一種古樸優雅的感覺,牆上掛滿了以前老照片和李小龍的掛畫,呈現出六、七十年代的意景。💢到這裡吃飯乳鴿一定是少不了的,有四款口味可選,我們點了紅燒脆皮和秘製豉油王乳鴿。頗大的脆皮乳鴿外皮炸得金黃色,咬落皮脆肉嫩且內裏不乾肉汁多,無需點淮鹽已十分好味。😘💢另外一款豉油王乳鴿同樣肥美厚肉,祕製豉油汁調味可算一絕,味帶甜的豉油汁中吃來像有少許鹵水的味道。乳鴿熱辣辣同樣皮腍骨軟,且豉油汁已滲進骨內十分好味,一個人吃一隻亦可以。😋💢菠蘿咕嚕肉是用新鮮菠蘿🍍切粒,熱騰騰的咕嚕肉粒夠大外脆內軟咬落啖啖都是肉,爽甜蜜味帶酸的菠蘿粒配上它,絕對是一個十分醒胃的小菜,而且份量也不少。😊💢韭黃肉絲炒麵🍜,麵底煎炸得金黃色,微黃帶綠的韭黃雪白銀芽,混合了肥美的肉絲,淋在咬落脆口的麵餅上,烹調功夫和滋味都不錯主食。🔷️今個午飯除了帶來久違了的滋味和回憶,其獨特的環境在現時的已是不可多得,往後都會多點過來光顧。
