好耐無食拉麵,無他,因為香港食拉麵好貴。近來小小癮起,又到處找。附近最便利又頗有名氣的是麵屋台風。小店大概10枱位,跟日本當地的很像樣。師傅不知是否日本人?店員會日語和師傅溝通,亦會廣東話,聽落頗有感覺。有介紹各款拉麵。自助點餐,價錢算相宜。第一次來點了魚介豚骨拉麵。午餐送飲品或半份小食,要了叉燒。湯底係濃嘅,掛匙嘅,但豬骨味就無質感咁濃。另上魚粉,溝埋之後係多一種層次,彌補本味不足嘅問題。魚粉係木魚刨成。拉麵煮嘅時間都好,爽彈,但麵又無乜麥味,勝在份量多。叉燒兩片,送的半份為叉燒粒,份量多嘅,質感軟滑,但就係無咩味,豬肉又無味,醬油又唔夠味。味荀,味道稍淡。溏心蛋,溏心情況非常好,個味道稍 淡,淡淡的醬油味,蛋味又薄弱。第二次食沾麵。湯底更濃。配沾麵就好。但麵身太光滑,跟本掛唔到湯,勝在真係夠多,男人食都飽。整體而言,量大實惠算係咁,隔離沙嗲x食個午餐拉麵都60幾時,呢度食碗稍正常的拉麵都係七八十,其實算係咁,如果多啲味就好。
