To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 二十九度坐係office突然想食火鍋,港式火鍋太heavy,日式火鍋清清地,簡簡單單一鍋過,可以滿足一下依個複雜嘅心情!餐廳為日系裝修,中午加上自然光非常舒服,而餐廳大部分枱都望到海景,相信晚市嚟的話可以嘆埋個夜景。同事們一人一鍋唔洗爭,左上角秘傳月見壽喜湯、左下角有機豆乳湯、右邊北海道昆布湯。午市火鍋份量都唔少,有肉有野菜有蝦滑仲有烏冬。首先豆乳湯有淡淡豆漿味道,野菜新鮮有四款,而值得一提係紅心蘿蔔,爽口清甜。蝦滑彈牙蝦味一般,熊本豚肉嫩滑,有少少肥膏好香。最後食埋個烏冬,烏冬又滑又煙韌吸收曬所有嘅精華。整體用料新鮮,味道不錯。
