To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平日晏晝一大班同事成日都諗唔到去邊食, 坑口個邊好似好多選擇, 但無乜邊間想食。最近成日黎呢間, 好似都唔錯。餐廳都好闊落, 又夠大, 唔太遲既話唔駛等位就入得。有六人卡位, 都好岩多人去食, 唔怕分枱坐。呢日我叫左個焗芝士蕃茄豬排意粉。等左5分鐘就上枱, 趕lunch 既打工仔都幾岩, 夠快丫麻。先講賣相, 焗意粉黎講都幾吸引, 個面少少焦最正, 見到芝士同蕃茄好足料。食落味道天然, 但好似調味唔係好夠, 不過最少唔會好鹹。我覺得唔錯。 40零蚊找數。香港地算係咁。
