To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咁啱我同同事喺附近返工，諗住食下附近茶餐廳，點知間間到咁多人，最後，我同我個同事選擇咗一間叫<同心>嘅茶餐廳去食午餐。我哋分別選咗咗2個常餐去試吓。火腿絲仿鮑魚絲通粉配鮮奶炒蛋轉左豬仔包 - 個豬仔包有兩份， 十分大件，一個人一定食唔完。另外，火腿通粉個湯十分鮮味，真係好清，等我食咗佢全部嘅湯。蕃茄叉燒意粉配厚多士 - 叉燒十分多，有成七到八件，真心抵食，個蕃茄湯底十分濃郁，超好味，另外個蛋又炒得好滑，配合多士真係絕配。
