To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係時代廣場買嘢，換咗美食券，就決定走去食日本嘢，每消費100蚊可以用一張50蚊美食消費券，如此類推。我哋叫咗兩份午餐定食，再加炸蠔＆三文魚子籽壽司。朋友叫咗一份萬両定食，壽司好新鮮，有麵豉湯＆前菜。我叫咗天丼定食， 一樣有麵豉湯＆前菜。哩個真係麻麻哋，雜菜餅凍咗唔脆，粉漿太多食到成口都係，似吉列多過似天婦羅，飯好少，啱細食嘅女士。我覺得最好食嘅就係吉列廣島蠔， 外脆內軟超正，仲大大隻添最後朋友唔夠飽，再叫多一客三文魚籽壽司，佢話咁就剛剛好。總結壽司最好食合共349蚊埋單，用咗三張券，最後比咗200蚊。
