To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 間唔中係午餐時段係依間食,order左午市精選套餐60分鐘放題,食最平嗰個只需要$72 ,就包一份雞肉之後配料任食,我最鍾意食佢個羽衣甘藍,其他嘅配料正正常常丸類比較多,佢嘅配料區喺門口附近,次次都要出去攞比較麻煩,嘢飲方便,好似七仔咁有得自己斟,不過啲冰另去擺,唔太衛生,佢仲有個乳酪區可以任食,午市來講都叫幾抵,多數都係卡位,可以慢慢傾計,距離地鐵站好近,幾步路,d staff 冇咩服務可言,規規矩矩
