To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食譚仔必點蕃茄辣湯底，味道一流😍最近有兩款新口味，當然要試吓姫松茸OMNI新豬肉韭菜餃子米線 ($44.8 外賣APP)好適合素食人士！湯底味道一般，不是想像中的濃菇味，味道偏鹹。麵質一如既往夠煙靭彈牙，餃子有六隻，是素豬肉餃，但食落同普通豬肉餃子沒有分別，正常質素，餡料份量多，餃子夠大隻很飽肚👍🏻姫松茸口感好爽口，好好味😋😋砂砂湯肥牛鹿茸菇米線 ($49.6 外賣APP)湯底味道特別，好惹味，但偏鹹。肥牛好好味，唔會靭，如果俾多幾塊就好🥹 鹿茸菇口感特別，整體嚟講係唔錯👍🏻
