To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見評價寫得這餐廳食物有水準,所以星期六的午餐咪過來試吓囉。可能星期六沒有學生,大把位又幾清靜,老闆女很親切的帶位,裝修簡潔舒服,開放式廚房一眼睇哂。再睇睇午餐牌,不可說便宜但做得好吃就值得,畢竟他比一般茶餐廳高級點。我們都要了「忌廉南瓜湯」套餐+$5,很稀沒有南瓜味,水溜溜沒有忌廉湯那種濃厚感覺。「張三醬油炒鮮帶子意粉」$75,全碟有一粒大的帶子煎得幾香,但出事在細粒的帶子粒,雪味很重,加點酒炒會減少雪味。另一碟是「車厘茄牛扒青醬炒意粉」$75,牛扒比水煮好點點,如果用牛油煎香更可引起食慾,分量也比較少,很快要吃下午茶了😅意粉反而煮得剛好,有咬口、不太淋。老闆娘跟太子女招呼很親切,是有心經營的,最後那杯凍咖啡有水準,也可能因為店內冷氣唔夠所以特別覺得涼快。午餐雖然有點失望但會試埋晚餐再作定論,驚喜發現有漂書架在收銀機對面,很明顯想為小區做點事,小店努力呀💪🏻!
