之後到主菜,分別有lamb rack ($198)同saga gyu beef (A3)($498)
Lamb rack 用kaffir lime,waterchestnut 同fu yu,菜式本想營做羊腩煲的味道,奈何羊肉質不太出色而腐乳泡沫也軟淡味,對食盡羊腩煲的香港人黎講,完全不合格,而且羊腩煲係冬天好似夾小小,係酷熱天氣警告之下再食羊腩煲好似有啲唔配合。

saga gyu beef (A3)佐賀A3和牛,脂肪較少,也是正常,因為是A3。但肉有點乾就比較失望,食唔到肉汁,乾身而且比較鞋口。配黑松露羅白糕。怕唔夠食,另外叫左一份side dish

本來以為觀塘區租金便宜一點,性價比會高一點,但看來也是銅鑼灣的小店性價比高一點。
總體而言,味道普通,份量剛夠果腹,真是輕食。如果要個體面環境可選這裡,如果追求味道或飽肚,有更多好味且高性價比既選擇係觀塘。
