To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午餐的炒底粟米豬扒飯

觀塘區有好多茶餐廳，今日同事叫我同佢食呢間華峰。坐位都四四正正唔太逼，但係人多都會要搭檯。我叫咗個粟米豬扒飯跟熱好立克。個飯係炒底嘅，唔肥膩。豬扒份量都算多，唔乾唔嚡，唯一係覺得佢可以 yip 得濃味啲，咁就野味好多喇～ 個白汁唔會一陣粉味，個廚應該都有認真處理過。個好立克幾好飲，夠濃！但係如果可以唔預先落糖就好啲。😂 我鍾意飲少糖嘛。同事叫咗個常餐，不過佢食得太快我影唔切相。個麵唔會太淋，個蛋份量就少咗啲，塊包就。。。好似好乾咁，可能擺咗一陣。。。
