印度脆片配上南瓜沙律同煎香嘅午餐豚肉一同進食,南瓜嘅甜正好襯托午餐豚肉嘅鹹,而沙律又正好襯托脆片同午餐豚肉嘅脆,形成好好嘅平衡。
The Indian crisp is served with pumpkin salad and luncheon pork. It has a great balance as the sweetness of the pumpkin complements the saltiness of the luncheon meat, while the softness of salad complements the crispness of the luncheon meat.
