名廚主理的餐廳,小人抱著很大期望,一天中午特意慕名到訪。三日兩夜羅宋湯,名字起得相當之厲害。一口喝下,好像比起一般紅湯是較為濃密的,但到底是否煲足三日兩夜就喝不出來了。冬陰功海鮮意粉更加奇怪,冬陰功應有的香、辛、辣味均不存在,食到的只得個鹹字。海鮮料有些帶子、魷魚,最有印象的就是兩塊大點的魚柳,卻又煎得不脆;還有一些黃紅燈籠椒,全部都煮得好腍,幸未至於糊。意粉是對辦的,小人吃了不少。置面的兩條秋葵雖然混不到汁醬或意粉,卻能做就出一點清爽。有點不過爾爾的感覺。

在電視上看到Ricky師傅介紹自家製午餐肉,一定要試下啦。$98有湯有飲品,有人招呼,坐得舒服,又無加一,價錢合理。看得出用料是用心的,不是一般茶餐廳貨式。午餐肉似厚身肉餅多啲,味道是好的,覺得比午餐肉更健康。加$3轉兩日兩夜羅宋湯,味道太複雜,不是我杯茶。加$10轉鮮奶咖啡,夠濃香。美中不足是蛋及午餐肉都是預先煎好,而且點餐後上菜速度媲美澳牛,餐湯,主菜,餐飲一齊到,食物欠缺溫度,影響了味道。如果可以改善就更好。

It is a great place for dining with a good value of price. They provide a wide array of local style set meals for you to choose from. I would say their Club Sandwich is a must-try which is in generous amounts with a variety of ingredients: ham, cheese, pan-fried eggs, tomatoes, lettuces…..🍅🐣🥓accompanied by buttered and toasted bread - take a big gulp and it is so fulfilling! ( ´͈ ᵕ `͈ )◞

☕Their hot milk tea is also so silky and smooth, such a perfect treat to brighten a boring afternoon. Really worth stopping in if you are in the area.

今日幫襯公司附近唯一一間高質的餐廳︰Ricky大廚的《祥仔》,點了慢煮牛脷鮮茄意粉及葡汁香煎雞扒飯,原本想加錢將午餐升級(升級好像是加$15,會有一個三日三夜羅宋湯及一個甜品),可是友人表示怕吃不完不想浪費,所以放棄了升級的念頭。葡汁香煎雞扒飯的葡汁很香,配於汁內的蔬菜粒很新鮮,雞扒是外間少見的非常巨型Size,雞扒的邊煎得輕微的燶加輕微的脆,味道不錯。慢煮牛脷鮮茄意粉的牛脷是厚切的,所以有很滿足的口感,可能因為是慢煮的關係,牛脷煮得很淋。茄汁似乎是新鮮番茄製作而非茄膏再加料炮製,所以味道很好。

這店位於工廠區,環境和食物都比同區食店的水平高一點,當然,價錢也高一點。這天二人行,點了祥仔脆脆豬扒飯和長沙灣分店限定的葡汁香煎雞扒飯,兩客午餐都包飲品,沒有湯。豬扒和茄汁飯是分碟上桌的,忍不住驚叫豬扒很大很厚唷!這豬扒是原件的,要自行切開,切的時候已感到外皮很脆。吃嘅時候,口感很好,皮脆而不油膩,肉厚而不柴,反而味道沒想像中出色,比較淡。茄汁飯則不錯,茄汁中有很多蔬菜,例如車厘茄、燈籠椒、洋蔥和蘑菇等等,其中的車厘茄更是鮮味十足,用這汁拌飯,好吃!雞扒飯的雞扒同樣大得驚人,雞肉很嫩滑,味道也好,反而葡汁不夠香,有點遜色。飲品點了熱檸檬水和凍咖啡,咖啡不夠香濃,下次不會再點。這店的食物水平的確比同區食肆要高一點,不過又不是預期中的很好吃,值不值得這價錢,也就見仁見智了。
