To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午市時間等位不易，難得到此，都要排隊等吓見到午餐特選，款式不少，豚牛雞刺身任君選擇，仲可以加配套餐有小食果茶及是日甜品，唔愛就可以配其他計點。。。我簡單選了燒豚肉配套餐，算是簡單選擇最要留意係唔收現金，用信用卡，八達咭等電子支付方法。小食簡單有趣，仲可以當餸伴飯；豚肉薄切舖滿碗面，味道及燒烤味濃，但食肉獸會話唔夠喉，肉量太少。精緻位在蛋黃，不懂形容其狀態，應該曾醬了，所以非想像一般流心蛋黃般伴飯。小甜品及果茶清新怡人.
