To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

琴日晏晝0係附近買完野兩點左右，就去食野喇。得自己一個人，本來想去隔離翠華，但係經過佢門口，見到佢有個午餐幾0岩食，就入去試下喇。因為另一個阿姐去左送外賣，得番一個阿姐0係度，等左三四分鐘先叫到午餐D (羅宋湯，鮑魚雞粒炒飯，熱奶茶)。等左一陣D野食就到喇；羅宋湯：味道普通，唔係好多料，隔離翠華好味好多。鮑魚雞粒炒飯：有好多鮑魚，不過唔夠香，唔夠鑊氣，飯唔夠乾身。熱奶茶：不錯。食完兩點半，另一個客黎到，好"熟路"咁問佢拎下午茶紙，個阿姐先拎出黎逐張檯放低，我見到原來下午茶兩點就開始，多好多野食揀，同埋平幾蚊添。由入去坐低叫野食，到食完出去俾錢，個阿姐都冇同我講過任何野。
