To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 工作關係,到了觀塘午餐。餐廳裝修有特色,鐵板燒更是賣點。不過由於還要工作,所以不想坐bar檯,怕油煙味大。坐下看過午餐定食,有壽司配蕎麥麵,90元多些。不過最後試了$55「豚平關西燒」。關西燒很吸引,裡面有層豚肉(豬肉),雖然只是簡單的食材:豬肉、蛋等等,不過用鐵板去炒,連上日式燒汁,惹味好食。服務方面,店員服務可以,人多足夠照顧我坐的範圍的檯客。不過,餐廳有一樣東西很不「日本」,保持香港特色:逼食客幾多分鐘內要交檯這個要求實在大煞風景。沒辦法,皆因香港租金/舖位寸金尺土。
