To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鲜魚湯今天中午,經過新墟河傍街,見到鮮魚湯,在門口看看餐牌,已很久沒有食過梅菜扣肉飯,於是入內試試。環境:灰地板,配十多張紅椅,座位不太闊落。出菜的地方上面用毛筆寫著香馨味美,有着傳統懷舊飯店的味道。服務: 人手下單, 店員做事很勤快。 其中一個女店員主動對顧客提議說,記得上次見你食米線時會把薑絲挑走,不如今次下單幫她不下薑絲,真的很細心。食物: 梅菜扣肉飯+熱檸蜜 選用甜梅菜,梅菜砌到很幼絲,扣肉是五花腩, 味道OK,不過太薄片了。下次要試試招牌菜,希望不會令我失望。
