To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 之前堂食幫襯過和平飯店幾次,但其實覺得質素平平,定價亦都唔算抵。不過最近見佢做緊外賣自取五折優惠,又晚晚大排長龍😱,所以就一於試試。由於網上都可以落單畀錢,免卻排隊之舉,都幾方便。但唔知係咪復活節放假嘅關係,下午五點網上落單,可以自取嘅時間已經得返晚上九點😑,係咪真係咁高人氣啊?我夜晚八點半去到餐廳,問店員有未,佢話等等,最終八點九就有得拎,唔使等到九點👍。我見到真係好多人買外賣,有啲買成十盒添。雞絲粉皮(原價$48),依個係開胃小嚼,err份量好孤寒下,🐔雞絲同🥒青瓜絲得嗰兩三條,再加啲花生粒。麻醬粉皮又唔夠凍,整體味道好一般。基本上大部份街坊餃子店嘅出品都一定好食過佢,如果佢係收正價,我會嬲。排骨粗炒(例)(原價$68),依個係麵食系列,佢其實係上海粗炒,多$8就有排骨,抵啲。粗炒即係類似炒烏冬/粗麵咁,味道還可以。但啲🐷豬扒就出哂事,鬆肉粉落得太重手,搞到塊肉好淋、好奇怪。杭州炒飯(例)(原價$62),依個炒飯屬主食系列,我唔知乜叫杭州風味,淨係覺得個炒飯同粗炒撞哂味。味道即係老抽豉油少少鹹,無乜肉炒,但上面就落咗啲不知名豆?口感又濕濕哋,認真麻麻,簡單説,唔好食😖。津白肉絲炒年

念在佢做緊半價,四盒嘢先賣緊$120,就唔畀負評佢,但如果係正價,我一定接受唔到!其實而家都唔合格,不過可能係我嗌唔啱嘢食掛?唔知呢🤔。餐廳嘅半價優惠係適用於大部份菜式,而唔係只精選咗少部份畀你揀。
