To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見4月做緊半價優惠,特意走嚟試試片皮鴨。我哋六點半入座,七點三左右開始要等位,門外買外賣嘅人居多。片皮鴨等了45分鐘😑唔知係咪冷氣同風扇一齊開關係,好快就凍, 鴨皮有部分比較肥(我覺得有四分一都比較肥), 上年去廣州食過片皮鴨令人留下深刻印象,但呢隻唔算好大驚喜。擔擔麵都係一般般,唔係湯底問題,而係面唔夠彈牙, 比較失色。我覺得黑松露露筍炒百合比起片皮鴨同擔擔麵都較出色。 至於生煎包都做得唔錯, 生煎包滿載肉湯, 上枱時熱辣辣, 包底脆卜卜。係價錢唔夠吸引, 片皮鴨雖然半價但係其實唔係咁多。
