復活節放假去咗食雞煲,咁先至有時間慢慢嘆😌,唔使趕住返屋企嘛。我哋上網見到「阿來客棧」銅鑼灣店新開張,有唔少優惠,於是就訂定枱嚟幫襯。我哋六點左右去到已經有人食緊,店員有我哋訂枱資料,好快就安排入座👍。餐廳面積唔大,不過餐枱大小適中,夠位放食物,而且枱同枱之間仲可以用掛簾分隔開,好睇又衛生。阿來開業優惠三重奏🎊,雞湯底有半價優惠,超級抵。同時,仲有部份配料可以以優惠價加配。另一邊廂,餐廳亦提供特式炸物同一般嘅火鍋配料。重慶辣雞煲($74/半隻),兩個人食半隻雞🐔就啱啱好,而且餐廳比足份量你,食雞噒骨都噒到攰😂。雞件一直熱住肉質都能保持嫩滑,抵讚。雞煲有得揀辣度,大中小以至唔辣都有,我哋要咗小辣🌶,合乎預期嘅味道。微微嘅辣度易接受之餘,亦令菜式更惹味,如果多點「麻」味更佳。紅燒鮑魚($68/2隻),追加項目原來係一早放落雞煲一齊煮😳,所以一上枱就已經可以食咁濟!鮑魚好大隻,肉質一啲都唔韌,兼且仲好索味添。牛氣沖天($58/份),🐮包括牛腩、牛筋、牛舌同牛柏葉,呢份配料同樣會預先放入雞煲度。估唔到個辣汁配牛肉都幾夾,係另一番滋味。我哋食嘅時候數住每款料大概有三件,份量都唔算少。接住落嚟就係

餐廳賣嘅飲品主要係啤酒同汽水,並無自家製涼茶。不過呢度亦有提供熱茶🍵,所以唔嗌嘢飲都得。另外,每人會收取$10醬油費。

總括嚟講,阿來雞煲係出色嘅🐓,必食推介,火鍋就反而度度都有得食。我有個瘋狂想法就係可以考慮食多個鍋底,反正各款雞湯底都係呢度嘅招牌菜,而且個爐好夠熱,一定唔會食到忟呢!
