To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 阿媽生日食飯，五大三細，諗住搵酒樓book枱叫半席，睇過沙田同石門幾間嘅菜式同價錢，最後決定食稻香。一星期前打咗電話book枱，去到酒樓佢地好似完全無我地book枱紀錄咁，不過半席依然可以叫就ok啦。個餐本身免加一免茶介，因為多咗兩個人，所以收兩位茶介好合理，但俾個茶包我地，叫我地自己煲水自己斟水自己沖茶，收兩個人加埋60蚊嘅茶介，我覺得好唔值囉。部長話龍蝦會送伊麵，我地係開心嘅，但傳菜阿姐上菜好衝下，捧住個湯上枱但又唔睇枱上擺咗d乜，倒瀉水一枱都係，差d搞到我家人一身濕，呢個感覺好差。食物係ok好味嘅，半席嘅份量比想像中多，我地仲另外叫多半隻燒鵝，仲有壽包，埋單千五有找我地都覺得抵食嘅。不過真係覺得佢地要員工培訓下囉。
