早前出席了問月酒店的Grand Opening Party,首嚐大廚Sheldon Fonseca 精湛的出品,印象深刻,惟只是淺嚐,有點未能盡興。知道餐廳最近推出了「THE BARTENDER BRUNCH」$368,如另加$198,便可任飲Wine 及 Cocktails。如加$398,則可任飲Champagne、Wine 及 Cocktails,一於星期日Chill住吃、Chill住嘆!前菜Small Plates共有五款食品,每人可選其中兩款。Kinilaw Tuna~鮮美的吞拿魚與橘子汁、炸魚皮(Fish Chicharon )、醋、芫荽跟辣椒等互相調和,清新醒胃,跟蝦片同吃;輕易打開了胃納。Asian Seaweed Salad~這道和風沙律有海帶芽、青瓜、番茄、毛豆、牛油果、豌豆苗、蘿蔔,健康無負擔,但最重要的還是味道;放心,是好吃不寡淡的。Salt & Pepper Squid~食材新鮮、無需花巧,簡簡單單、鹽與黑椒,便已足夠。薄脆的粉漿包裹着彈滑的魷魚,灑點檸檬汁清清哋吃固然得,蘸點微辣的Sriracha Aioli沾醬更加得。Crab Cigars~金黃酥脆的春卷內

老婆喜歡吃羊但又怕羶,這個澳洲羊排就絕對可以放心食用啦,而且肉質柔嫩,經烤焗後香氣撲鼻,配北非小米及薄荷乳酪既健康又不失美味。

三款甜品各有特色,而我比較喜歡當中的Serradura,濃濃的朱古力mousse軟滑香甜,以肉桂提味合我心意,crumble又能加添鬆脆的口感;層次豐富,相當不錯!
