香港華商銀行公會,聽個名都知唔係人人都可以以book,但我朋友真係相識滿天下,搵朋友訂咗張檯同我食飯。但近排食得好多所以今日食清D,經理介紹我地試皮蛋芫荽龍骨湯,個湯奶白色味道非常鮮甜、而且個魚肉厚皮又彈呀,芫荽帶出特別味道。另一經理推介 - 金蘭回味豬手煲,肉炆得好淋而且入味,豬皮充滿骨膠原,入口即溶,直頭feel 到D皮膚即時有彈性😆,我同個friend 都爭住食,而煲內另一好味嘅係個薯仔,配角黎講佢真係好出色。之後加多半隻炸子雞同蒜子蘿白煮春菜,雞皮脆肉厚,菜夠清而個湯底亦幾甜,可能因為加咗蘿白。最後食埋芋蓉西米焗布甸,芋蓉夠香唔太甜👍
