之前就好想試石燒牛,最近就趁禁晚市堂食前同朋友去油麻地【牛極】食晚飯。佢係半自助式,一入到去先用點票機叫左自己先食既部位或者種類先。之後就可以係外面自助攞沙律、湯、白飯、水同醬料。我地就叫左牛肩同牛柳。石燒牛既好處就係一直可以keep住塊牛扒好熱,而且可以自己控制生熟度。 沙律菜好新鮮,好爽脆!湯應該隔一段時間會換,因爲我見有時候係味增湯,我地就係日式牛肉湯,料都算好多。牛肩:肉會比較緊實,牛味比較重。牛柳:非常軟霖,但係相對牛味會無禁重。兩款都好食,無筋同肥膏,啖啖肉,所以睇下自己既喜好!

湯應該隔一段時間會換,因爲我見有時候係味增湯,我地就係日式牛肉湯,料都算好多。
