To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚我地都係隨心咁黎到「隨心」食飯，呢區平日晚市雖然較靜，但呢間仍有數枱客食飯傾計呢。呢間食店有海南雞、有喇沙、有乳鴿、亦有酸菜魚呢，風味頗廣。點左兩杯飲品，分別係tiger 啤酒🍻同埋青檸梳打水，為初夏消消暑氣。二人份量食物如下：海南油雞飯可選白飯或油飯，不過我地覺得要食海南雞當然係配油飯啦！😎😎😎味道不錯的，油飯雖然唔突出，不過勝在無咁重罪惡感，唔會好油膩，雞肉份量比想像多，雞肉有口感，厚身，配醬食不錯。海鮮喇沙呢度既摻摻係米粉加瀨粉😳😳😳唔知有冇人食過呢種配搭？我平時食開米粉加油麵架🫣🫣，可能有啲唔慣， 口感較為「林」身，不過份量係比返十足的，但係海鮮還不錯，湯底惹味，亦頗有喇沙感。
