To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢道係頗具創意兼中西合璧的菜式,初嚐以為係蒸豆腐,細看餐版原來係用 Peanut Rice (南印度既米) 做成既布旬,質地非常幼滑。而青綠既汁係由蔬菜打成,恰似西式蔬菜湯既做法,創意100,有驚喜。

一品珍珠:
簡單黎講係芋角既翻版,芋頭味不夠香濃,中間夾上小量素肉及醬汁。

花開富貴:

賣相不俗,頂部以花菇及紅棗作點綴,顏色協調及層次感均佳,先是50%成功。青綠豆苗沒有平日既腥味,配上温純既黃芽白一同入口,爽脆潤滑兼備,口感豐富滿足,餘下50%也得分了。

彩虹海寶卷:
壽司卷兩邊以南瓜及薯蓉填上,青瓜片用黎卷著壽司進食,味道不甚特別,一般而已。

吉祥煱:
以爐端上鐵煱,一邊燒一邊食。材料亦異常簡單,幾件南瓜、冬菇、素肉及豆苗。

福壽喜飯:
金黃炒飯似是用上某些香料沾上顏色,不是雞蛋,但食不出黃薑或任何香料味道,中間也是包著小小既素肉同醬汁,較為平淡。

闔家團圓:
餐版係蘋果批,滿心歡喜!但實質係豆沙或蓮容饀角,因味道較含糊,界乎兩者之間,真難判斷;酥皮效果亦不明顯,可算是未能取悅之處!

甜品:南瓜西米露
食味一般,無過人之處,唯一係不膩口。

總體黎講,素之樂菜式賣相討人喜歡,值得一讚是各菜式絕對不油,算是極清淡之選。但相對缺乏內涵,各菜式清淡之餘卻失去其獨有既個性,呢個可能係現代素菜最難拿揑既功夫。另外個人較喜愛採用天然食材多予於加功品作素材,認為原材料營養較多,味道亦較天然,只要响食材組合上花點心思,深信一道健康美味既素菜比肉食更為吸引,努力呀!
