To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 和朋友想不到吃什么，我找到上次吃沙嗲王得到的28元抵值券，于是又来了铜锣湾这一间～周末的中午也无需等座，只是座位有点狭窄，同他人拼四人桌。每次看菜单都有很多想吃的，最近喜欢吃太阳蛋，于是点了一份香茅猪扒太阳蛋饭，满30元即可半价点饮品，于是多加珍珠奶茶。朋友要的是鸡腿和薯条，我们又多加一份小吃：椒盐鸡软骨。失望的是上菜时太阳蛋的黄已经破了，猪扒微微发甜，吃着口感尚可。下次还会再来，因为菜单有很多想尝试的。
