To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚係南丫島既最後一站二人餐198的確抵食此餐有鼓油蝦或白灼蝦，咩係鼓油蝦? 就係古法煎蝦，蝦殼其實係好大蝦味，將蝦煎香，蝦油就會流出，加上鼓油，可以連殼食。魷魚比較小, 新鮮, 不過唔係最新鮮的味度炒蟶子有大有小鮑魚仔兩隻再炒一碟時菜(40), 可惜漏了單, 不過我要加飯, 改左楊州炒飯(40)以呢個價錢計，唔可以挑剔太多你想要同區, 好食, 去天虹, 二人餐458包免費私船來回. 要抵就話要去西貢我對海鮮無大要求, 呢個係我係南丫度兩天遊最貴最豐富既一餐我係特登用廣東話, 因為香港越黎越多中共語言文化
