To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

公司在過年前吃團年飯,數碼港內現在只剩下一間酒樓,所以午市時分便相約到南坊午膳。餐廳換上新年的佈置,相當有新年氣氛。叉燒包-新年是吃發起來的包子,寓意發起。叉燒包鬆軟可口,叉燒餡不會過甜。煎腐皮卷- 腐皮卷煎的酥得酥脆香口,素卷內餡有木耳、紅蘿蔔、冬菇絲。蝦餃-是點心類內最受大家歡迎的點心之一,蝦餃皮薄餡靚,好吃。黑醬油炒西班牙黑豚肉- 有蘆筍、鮑魚菇及黑豚肉,炒得頗咸。蒸蘿蔔糕- 蘿蔔糕用碗仔上,表面撒上櫻花蝦,但蘿蔔糕蒸得太糊,內裡又沒有臘味,好睇唔好食。炒粉絲- 一般餐廳都有炒粉麵,而這裡頗特別的有肉絲炒粉絲,可是色澤淡,味道也偏淡。芝麻雞- 香口,雞肉嫰滑。生炒糯米飯-團年飯當然要吃飯,糯米飯有臘肉、臘腸,糯米煙靭,撒在面的花生炸的香脆,美味。飯後甜品點了紅豆沙,有點過甜。餐廳食物尚算不過不失,希望可以繼續保持水準。
