To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. (25/11/06)今日去最愛的長江中心分店tea,我們番兜牛干菌pizza,但這裡竟然係唔熱,暖暖o地o既!pizza唔夠熱會遜色,不過味道如上次,在灣仔吃的一樣正。蕃茄湯通粉,湯係淡少少,也可接受。鮮奶粟米炒蛋+磨菇腸一片,炒蛋混埋粟米好清甜。我既主角,南瓜多士,烘得o岩o岩好,外脆內軟。(仲有熱華田&一百分奶茶)此餐勁滿足。
