To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日和老公本來去上環換回鄉證，落車時過了一個站去了中環離島碼頭。既來之則安之，於是突襲轉場去了南Y島。平日時間沒甚遊客，很多cafe也沒開，也不是太餓，於是入了這家茶餐廳吃下午茶。眼見在座的都是原居民，加強了信心保證，叫了一個餐肉雞扒出前一丁，及煉奶西多士。出前一丁煮得剛剛好，仍保留彈牙爽口的口感，在家中煮不出來。雞扒煎得香脆，餐肉一樣有煎過甚有誠意。煉奶西多士略嫌細件，還是比較吃慣蜜糖多於煉奶～
