The outlook and the taste of Indonesian Cha Siu was alike with Kwong Tong style Cha Siu which was better in taste. The taste was normal and the texture was not tough. As for the plain rice¸ it was a bit wet because garlic sauce was added which can be omitted upon request.

Because of none of special in taste and so my comment was not necessary to try this dish but it was alright for fulfilling the hungry belly.
