To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一上枱見到隻鴨髀好似好乾咁,但食落去啲肉係鬆軟嘅,而且炸得好酥好香,又有鴨味 😍 至於個麵…… 係營多撈麵嚟㗎 😂

墨魚丸沙嗲串燒
粒粒墨魚丸都又大又肥美 🤤 而且係彈牙有墨魚粒㗎!佢面果個醬好好食,我覺得好味到唔需要再點沙嗲醬 🙈

雞肉沙嗲串燒
火候控制得幾好,雞依然 juicy 唔會乾 👍🏻 Again,佢個燒烤醬真係好好味 😂 完全可以走沙爹醬 🙈

炸蔬菜餅
可能因為已經擺咗一段時間,佢唔算太脆,同埋有少少難咬,但係佢炸得好香,而且佢用咗啲印尼調味料,食落去香香辣辣咁,如果新鮮炸起應該會好好食 😆


印尼咖啡涼粉冰
呢度嘅飲品簡直係花多眼亂,正當我迷失緊自己嘅時候,印尼姐姐推介我飲呢個咖啡涼粉冰,結果一試真係發現冇介紹錯!👍🏻 飲呢個涼粉冰有一個竅門,就係:攪勻、攪勻、攪勻! (重要的是要說三次)單一開始未攪勻嘅時候,杯野真係好甜,甜到好似飲緊煉奶咖啡咁 🙈 但當你攪勻咗之後,啲冰又開始慢慢溶,其實杯野嘅甜度係適中嘅,因為涼粉都係甘甘地,所以其實杯野甜甜地反而更加match,咖啡嘅香味、奶嘅甜味、再加埋涼粉嘅甘味,成個配搭都好夾,完全係今次嘅MVP 👍🏻

香茅椰糖薑蜜
非常足料嘅一杯飲品,幾樣配料嘅味道都好突出,但飲落又唔會好似打晒交咁樣,不過我覺得椰糖其實個味唔算太夾呢杯野,如果冇咗佢可能會更加好飲 🙈

印尼黃金糕
終於食到正宗嘅印尼黃金糕!😆 佢同我哋中式嘅真係幾唔同,首先佢口感偏濕,而且相對地比較甜,充滿椰汁嘅香味;個人認為中式黃金糕食落似甜甜地嘅麵包,印尼黃金糕就反而比較似食緊椰汁蛋糕~

呢度嘅姐姐都好有禮貌,同埋當你好苦惱嘅時候,佢都會推介一啲佢哋嘅自信作品俾你;最得意嘅係,佢哋唔係播印尼歌,反而係播一啲好舊嘅經典英文歌,其實個feel都幾得意幾舒服,只係如果你喺現場跟住一齊哼,我肯定你會暴露年齡 😂
