Restaurant: Pandan Leaf Indonesian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見網上介紹這間印尼特色餐廳,經開銅鑼灣在維園附近非常方便,就去試一試,見前舖賣印尼小食已經好吸引,裡面是餐廳,環境都幾雅緻,牆上介紹許多特色招牌美食,最後揀了幾個招牌菜:1. 班蘭雞飯 $78見到有個綠色塔飯好似幾特別想試一試,同埋見牆上介紹招牌雞,應該無點錯,食落雞的確好嫩滑juicy, 綠色塔飯應該是班蘭,好香口。2. 牛仔骨花膠湯粉皮 $82有牛仔骨又有花膠滿足兩個願望,夠哂養顏,(見下面相片就知),都有3大舊花膠,好抵食,牛仔骨個味都唔錯好惹味,有點BBQ嘅風味。3. 加多加多沙律 $78呢個沙律有驚喜,上枱時睇落唔似平時食開的沙律有d擔心,可能是印尼特色,醬汁似串燒的沙爹醬,少少辣好香口開胃,有菜,青瓜,豆腐,旦,好似有d肉, 最特別有幾件好似飯糰餅,加埋d汁好好味,如果淨食這款沙律都夠飽肚。4. 涼粉椰汁冰 $28 5. 柑桔青瓜冰 $28這個青瓜冰都幾特別未見過,有班蘭味道+青瓜,好清新,班蘭味香,如果喜歡班蘭一定要試
