Restaurant: Pandan Leaf Indonesian Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 銅鑼灣本身都幾多印尼餐廳,呢間既菜款種類都幾多。平日午市時間去都幾多捧場客。高良姜炸雞荷葉飯炸雞方面大概有半隻雞嘅份量,仲有炸豆腐同埋炸黃豆餅,炸雞表皮炸到好脆,好有雞嘅油香味,十分香口。另外配上左青辣椒醬,好開胃。炸魚三色飯條魚都幾大條,抵讚嘅係條魚魚皮炸到脆卜卜,但入邊嘅魚肉都係好滑,佢嘅色飯,當日賣晒黃姜飯,但個人來講幾鍾意佢嘅椰汁飯,有濃嘅椰汁味。羊肉沙嗲羊肉沙嗲, 沙嗲表面本身已經有燒汁係面,另外沙嗲汁分開上,可以按照個人係口味點黎食。青檸梳打/ 珍多冰兩杯嘢飲都大大杯,珍多冰嘅椰奶香,好啱食啲辣辣地嘅嘢。
